Final Project Guidelines
Each student must submit a personal web
site project for 100 points credit. Site content is up to you: it can be
personal, work related, or experimental. Here's a chance for you to be
creative and have some fun! Your web site should include:
-
a home (index)
page with links to at least two child pages
-
formatted text
(i.e., headlines, text, bulleted or numbered lists)
-
at least one
imported graphic (photo, clip art, chart, etc.)
-
application of
page layout features such as shared borders and/or themes to create an
attractive, unified look
-
at least one
working FrontPage component (i.e., dynamic effects, search engine,
feedback form, hit counter, etc.)
-
other FrontPage
features as appropriate to the content of your web site (i.e., tables,
frames, backgrounds, etc.)
Evaluation:
-
Projects will
be evaluated on attractiveness, uniformity, ease of navigation,
creativity, and effective use of the tools and features of Microsoft
FrontPage 2003.
Deadline:
-
please submit
an e-mail message with a description of your web site project to me no
later than Monday, May 29.
-
please publish
your site to an internet server (i.e., Angelfire) and send me the URL no
later than Monday, June 12.
