Lesson 6: Adventure
Newsletter
We'll continue to
refine our design skills this week with a short but sophisticated newsletter
that neatly demonstrates PageMaker's power with typography and graphics. In
addition to an adventurous layout loaded with fancy text and graphic
effects, Lesson 6 will introduce you to

The Library palette. Keep your favorite graphic elements handy in this onscreen palette. Placing graphics from the Library is as simple as clicking and dragging.

Image Control. Create cool effects with your gray scale graphics (sorry, doesn't work with color) by adjusting brightness and contrast.

Story Editor. Use this text only view to take advantage of PageMaker's powerful word processing tools, like spell check, search and replace, and hidden characters.
