Voluntary Benefits:

Benefits that are in addition to insurance benefits and can be set up as an automatic payment through Payroll.

Short-Term Disability:

Effective 10/1/2010, employee's may elect to enroll in short-term disability offered through Standard. This is a voluntary benefit and is employee paid. This plan will coordinate with our long-term disability to bridge the gap in compensation. You may enroll as a new hire or during open enrollment.

Long-Term Care (LTC):

The College will continue to offer long-term care insurance through UNUM. Effective 10/1/2010, our policy will be transferred to OEBB. For those already enrolled, your current rates will stay in effect, all new enrollees will be offered the UNUM rates through OEBB. You may enroll at any time.

Additional Life Insurance:


Standard Insurance also offers additional life insurance, which can be purchased above the $50,000 limit for yourself. You may also elect coverage for your spouse/domestic partner. Below is a link to the plan and rates.
