New Hire Orientation (mandatory):

Prior to your orientation in the Human Resource Office, please review all the information including the links FT Administrative Supervisory Orientation. Call the Human Resource Office at 503-657-6958 x 2318 to complete the process and sign up for benefits.

Continuing Professional Education:

CCC offers continuing professional education opportunities for administrative and supervisory employees. These opportunities are in the form of professional development funds and the opportunity for the advanced degree program. More information may be obtained from the Human Resource office.

Reclassification:

In the event an employee's job duties or responsibilities are changed because of
departmental reorganization or reduction of positions, the supervisor will prepare a
revised job description to be reviewed by the Human Resources Dean. The Human
Resources Dean will forward new and revised job descriptions and reclassification
requests to LGPI.

Evaluations:

Assessment (Evaluation) is a process by which a supervisor reviews an employees performance.  A review of goals and plans are discussed for future performance. 

All forms are to be signed by employee and supervisor.

The Human Resource Office will send out evaluation requests beginning in December. This process will continue thru March.
